Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience + performance-based bonuses
Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, plus on-call duties

About the Role:
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Care Manager to join a new care service in Manchester South East. This is a hands-on role that will shape the future of the business, from CQC registration to staff recruitment and business development.
You'll have the autonomy to lead, manage, and ensure high-quality care, all while helping the business grow from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead CQC registration and maintain compliance.
Develop and implement care standards and policies.
Build relationships with local healthcare professionals, GPs, and organizations.
Recruit and train care staff to build a strong, motivated team.
Oversee and ensure high-quality care services.
Network to grow the client base and drive referrals.
Take ownership of business development and meet targets for growth.
Lead by example—deliver care services and oversee operations.
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will:
Have Registered Care Manager experience with strong CQC knowledge.
Hold NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Level 5 preferred or actively working towards it).
Be hands-on and proactive, willing to get involved with care and staff recruitment.
Have a proven ability to develop and manage a domiciliary care team, ensuring they are motivated and well-trained.
Have a full UK driving licence + car.
Experience in business development within the care sector is essential; the ability to network and build relationships will be key to success.
Be based locally (within a 30-minute radius of Manchester south east (Denton)).
Have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a people-first mindset. The ideal candidate will have a mature and thoughtful approach to leadership, with an ability to read people and adapt accordingly.
