At Blackmont, teams perform analytical project work to support organizations in improving decision‑making, operational performance, and business outcomes. Our international team collaborates across projects to deliver practical, structured recommendations from initial analysis through implementation planning.
Key Duties
* Conducting the recruitment process for business consultants through LinkedIn and approved channels.
* Maintaining an updated Excel record of candidate contacts and status details.
* Attending weekly coordination meetings with the Branch Manager.

The Program
