Property Litigation Solicitor (Newly Qualified), London, £55,000+ (DOE) – Are you a Newly Qualified Property Litigation Solicitor looking for that next step in your career by joining a friendly and supportive team. JOB REF: 0951
* Applications are sought from Property Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 6 months experience in this area of law.
* Experience of long leashold residential property disputes is essential.
* Ideally experience of Building Services Act work would be beneficial.
* You’ll play a hands-on role within a dynamic and growing team, working across a wide range of disputes for a diverse and high-profile client base
* You will be responsible for a varied property litigation caseload to include Lease renewals, Possession claims, Trespass/squatter claims and injunctions, Rent arrears and Boundary and rights of way issues
* You will also assist more senior members of the team with more complex cases.
* You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
