About the role
Vision for Education is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to join our network of dedicated educators working with schools across Thurrock.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs looking for a flexible work pattern that fits around your lifestyle. Whether you prefer day-to-day cover, short-term assignments, or longer placements, we will work with you to find the right fit.
You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and ensuring pupils continue to make progress in the class teacher’s absence.
The ideal candidate will:
1. Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
2. Have recent experience teaching in a primary school setting (EYFS, KS1, or KS2).
3. Demonstrate strong classroom management and a creative approach to teaching.
4. Be flexible, reliable, and confident teaching across different year groups.
5. Have a genuine passion for inspiring and supporting children’s learning.
