Reactive Customer Aftercare Executive
* Aylesbury with Hybrid Working
* 6 Months Fixed Term Contract
* Working 3 rotating shifts between 7am - 7pm
* Weekends/Bank holiday working on a scheduled rota basis

A quick look at the role
You will liaise with the Onecall Sales team to set up contracts and follow through with clients to ensure the job has been completed. The Executive will provide necessary paperwork and purchase orders for bookings, liaise with internal depots and suppliers, manage customer portals, and support the Onecall Team Manager with administrative tasks. Some sales and negotiating skills are required.
