We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar. Duties
* Supervise and manage bar staff, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service.
* Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to ensure smooth operations.
* Train and mentor staff in serving techniques, hospitality standards, and barista skills as needed.
* Develop and implement creative drink menus while maintaining quality control over all beverages served.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service between the bar and dining areas.
* Monitor guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly to enhance the overall experience.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a bar or restaurant environment.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
* Previous experience in hospitality.
* Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
