About the role:
We are seeking a Paralegal to join our property team, supporting our asset management division. You will primarily assist property investors with asset management across sectors such as industrial, logistics, office, and retail. Collaboration with our development, investment, litigation, construction, and planning teams is essential to deliver comprehensive real estate services to our clients.
In this role, you'll be part of a small team handling high-volume transactions from instruction to completion using a case management system. Excellent communication skills are vital, as you'll interact directly with clients, solicitors, and tenants via email and phone. Providing high-quality client service in line with KPIs, attention to detail, and adherence to processes are crucial.
About you:
We value an inclusive and collaborative culture. Previous legal experience is helpful but not essential, as training will be provided. You should be able to:
Manage workload efficiently under tight deadlines;
Support colleagues and work collaboratively in a team;
Communicate confidently at all levels, including clients and external parties;
Produce quality documents based on templates.
You should also have:
Attention to detail and numeracy;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Good IT, keyboard, and data entry skills;
Problem-solving abilities.
