Teaching Assistant - 1:1 Support for EYFS
Location: Leigh
Salary: 89 - 95 per day, depending on experience
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Primary School in Leigh. This full-time role is focused on providing 1:1 support for a child in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) who has undiagnosed complex needs, which include challenging behaviour and none verbal communication.
The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with children in a 1:1 capacity and demonstrate exceptional teamwork skills. A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification and Team Teach training are advantageous. This role is perfect for a proactive and patient individual looking to make a positive impact in a supportive school environment.
Requirements
* Experience supporting children with SEND on a 1:1 basis
* Excellent interpersonal and teamworking skills
* Team Teach and/or Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification (desirable)
