Electrical Installer/Tester
Location: London (E17)
Salary: £42,500 – £47,500 per annum (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
A reputable electrical services provider is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Installer/Tester to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and motivated individual to work on a variety of domestic and social housing projects across London.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) in both void and occupied properties
* Complete and document testing, inspections, and remedial works
* Undertake various installation tasks such as alarms, consumer units, emergency lighting, rewires, and wet rooms
* Respond to day-to-day reactive maintenance calls
* Ensure all work is carried out efficiently, safely, and to a high standard
* Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients
* Use good judgement and problem-solving skills in all aspects of electrical work
* Manage your time effectively and meet deadlines
Requirements:
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (City & Guilds)
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
* Inspection & Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent)
* Strong experience in fault finding, testing, and inspecting electrical work
* Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and technology platforms
* Previous experience with social housing contracts
* Full UK driving licence
* Own tools (vehicle, fuel card, and uniform provided)
