We are seeking a skilled and experienced GM to join our team at LARWOOD & VOCE - NG26AJ
As the MANAGER, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bar operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and supervising a team of bar / restaurant staff.
YOU MUST HAVE WORKED AS A PUB GM OR DEPUTY GM TO QUALIFY FOR THIS ROLE
```Duties:``` - Manage day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant, including opening and closing procedures - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations - Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Train and supervise bartenders and waiting staff, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as necessary - Create and update drink menus, ensuring a wide variety of options for customers - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and restaurant - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth coordination between the bar and restaurant operations
```Experience:``` - Previous experience in a similar role as a Bar/Restaurant supervisor or Assistant Bar/Restaurant Manager is required - Strong knowledge of hotel or restaurant/bar operations
- Understanding of dept GP% - Familiarity with food safety regulations and kitchen operations is preferred - Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team - Culinary background or experience in food preparation is a plus - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Proven track record in supervising staff and providing exceptional customer service
