Experienced Bar Manager – Busy Pub & Restaurant | Bury St Edmunds
We're looking for a full-time, permanent Bar Manager to join the team at one of Bella Pubs' busiest and most vibrant venues in Bury St Edmunds.
The Linden Tree is a well-established pub and restaurant known for quality food, strong service, and a lively atmosphere. This is a key leadership role within a fast-paced environment, and proven bar management experience is essential.

What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in bar management within a busy pub or restaurant – essential
* Personal licence holder preferred
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Confidence running busy services and handling pressure
* Strong stock control and bar organisation skills
* Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and varied shift patterns – essential
* Professional, hands-on approach

Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day bar operations
* Lead and support the bar team during service
* Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service
* Manage stock control, ordering, and wastage
* Ensure compliance with licensing and health & safety regulations
* Work closely with the Front of House and kitchen teams
