We are partnering with a respected and expanding construction contractor to recruit an experienced Estimator to join their pre-construction team in either Manchester or Leeds. The company delivers a diverse range of new build and refurbishment schemes up to £15 million, including commercial, residential, education, public sector, and mixed-use developments.

Role Responsibilities
1. Prepare accurate cost estimates for new build and refurbishment tenders
2. Review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation to identify project requirements
3. Build up cost plans, bills of quantities, and trade packages
4. Liaise with supply chain partners to obtain competitive quotations and market prices
5. Assess risk, value engineering options, and buildability considerations
6. Work with bid, design, and operational teams to develop well-coordinated tender submissions
7. Attend tender meetings and contribute to final adjudication processes
