Senior Support Worker Required for Children’s Home in Colchester Essex CO3
Our Ofsted-registered children’s residential provision in Colchester is looking for an experienced Senior Residential Support Workers to join us.
This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in residential childcare who can confidently lead teams, manage complex and challenging behaviours, and provide consistent, trauma-informed care to the most vulnerable children who have experienced adverse childhoods.
We are located on the edge of Colchester ( on a bus route) the home supports 5 to 13 year olds with EBD and challenging behaviours( Ofsted Regulated)

Senior Support Worker Requirements
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in children’s residential care (essential)
* Supervisory experience (essential)
* Leadership, resilience, empathy, and honesty
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A passion for supporting children and young people

Senior Support Worker Qualifications Licence/Certification:
* Driving Licence (preferred)
