Pallet Network Operations Manager
Location: Doncaster
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
A well-established logistics business is currently recruiting for an experienced Pallet Network Operations Manager to take responsibility for service performance, depot relationships, and operational efficiency across a national pallet network.
This is a key hire for the business and would suit a hands-on operator with strong pallet network knowledge who can manage day-to-day performance while driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee day-to-day pallet network operations
* Act as the main point of contact with pallet network hubs and member depots
* Monitor and improve KPIs including OTIF, damages, claims, and service failures
* Investigate and resolve operational issues and escalations
* Manage carrier and depot performance, reviews, and corrective actions
* Support peak planning, contingency management, and service recovery
* Produce operational reports and performance updates for senior stakeholders
* Work closely with internal transport, warehouse, and customer service teams
