We are working with a well-established bespoke joinery manufacturer who is looking to appoint a Joinery Workshop Manager to oversee their busy workshop operations. This is a hands‑on leadership role, ideal for someone with strong technical joinery knowledge and experience managing production teams in a custom manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day‑to‑day workshop operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
* Allocate work to joinery teams and monitor progress against project schedules.
* Work from CAD drawings to ensure precision and accuracy.
* Coordinate closely with site teams on production, timelines and deliveries.
* Identify and resolve production issues promptly.
* Report progress, delays and forecasts to management and site teams.
* Maintain a strong focus on meeting programme deadlines.
