The Role
As a Property Service Operative, you’ll support the delivery of high‑quality operations across our Haslar site. Around 70% of your role will focus on cleaning duties, helping to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and presentation across our facilities. You’ll also assist with general maintenance and operational support, ensuring the site remains safe, efficient and welcoming for all who work there.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Carry out a variety of cleaning duties, ensuring all areas of the site are maintained to a high standard
* Support property operations through general maintenance, grounds upkeep, escorting and other service‑related tasks
* Install and maintain site signage as required
* Assist in resolving customer issues and ensuring outstanding service delivery
Essential Experience Of The Property Service Operative
* Experience in cleaning, maintenance or a similar operational role
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload effectively
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Computer literacy and confidence using basic systems or digital tools
* Awareness of manual handling and health and safety practices
Essential Qualifications For The Property Service Operative
* Full valid UK driving licence – travel to support other sites is required
* Ability to safely deploy equipment and follow site processes
* Relevant experience or training in a cleaning or facilities environment

This role is full‑time, based at our Haslar site. Working hours are 6:00 am–2:30 pm Monday to Thursday, and 6:00 am–2:00 pm on Fridays.
