Overview
Opportunity for an experienced clinical negligence solicitor to join a dedicated expert clinical negligence team. The team handle all matters relating to medical and clinical negligence including cosmetic surgery, surgical errors, birth injury and misdiagnosis as well as dealing with medical product and medicine liability matters.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload and assist on a diverse range of complex clinical negligence matters.
Qualifications
* Candidates must have experience, knowledge and a demonstrable background in clinical negligence; and at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
* The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2-5 years PQE.
