We are currently assisting them in their search for an experienced Employment Law Partner to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking practice, renowned for their client-focused approach and committed to providing top-tier legal advice. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the employment law team, providing expert legal advice and support on a wide range of employment matters, including dispute resolution, employment contracts, and workplace policies. Advise corporate clients, HNW clients, senior executives, and individuals on complex employment issues, including redundancies, disciplinary matters, discrimination claims, and employment tribunal litigation. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, proactively identifying new business opportunities. Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring a high standard of service is delivered while meeting deadlines and targets. Contribute to the firm’s growth by developing new business opportunities and assisting with the firm’s overall strategy. Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and trainees, supporting their development and career progression. Work closely with other practice areas to ensure integrated and comprehensive legal advice to clients. Maintain and enhance the firm's reputation through involvement in thought leadership, presentations, and external business development activities. About You: A qualified solicitor or barrister with significant experience as an Employment law Partner, ideally at a senior level. Proven track record of managing a busy caseload and leading teams in a law firm environment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients. Strong business development skills with a proactive approach to generating new work. Experience in managing complex and high-value employment disputes and advising on strategic employment matters. Commercially astute, with a strategic outlook and the ability to think outside the box.
