You will be responsible for leading contract compliance, cost validation, and contractor management across various capital projects. Your role will involve administering project contracts, conducting quantity take-offs, managing variations and change control, and developing initial estimates and budgets. * Degree or recognised qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related discipline.
* Proven experience in quantity surveying and contract administration within industrial or manufacturing sectors.
* Strong knowledge of contract law, engineering contract forms (including FIDIC), and commercial governance frameworks.
* Experience in cost control, estimating, procurement, and contractor engagement processes.
* Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
