Our client is a leading company in the logistics industry, seeking to expand their team. We are looking for an HR Specialist to join their dynamic and multicultural work environment.
Responsibilities
1. Actively participate in all Human Resources processes with a generalist approach, supporting the Human Resources Manager.
2. Implement and support various HR practices and processes.
3. Collaborate closely with the HR Manager to understand hiring needs, source top talent through creative techniques, and evaluate candidates across different platforms.
4. Research relevant career sites, organize interviews, and manage the recruitment process.
5. Identify training needs within the company and develop appropriate content.
6. Prepare detailed reports and analyses to assess the impact of training and development programs.
7. Organize and conduct onboarding and orientation sessions.
8. Manage the company's hiring requirements and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly.
9. Maintain proper filing and document tracking processes.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
* Effective presentation and negotiation skills.
* Supportive of open communication and feedback culture.
