Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the kitchen team to deliver high-quality, seasonal, French-inspired dishes that balance indulgence with lighter options.
* Ensure the kitchen operates in excellent condition, working alongside the General Manager to optimise people and business performance.
* Maintain food safety, quality standards, and consistent guest experience across all shifts.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Experience as a Head Chef or equivalent leadership role in a fast-paced, hospitality environment.
* Strong understanding of French-inspired cuisine and modern cooking techniques.
* Ability to manage a large team, train staff, and maintain high standards under pressure.
* Commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences and supporting a positive work culture.
