CRM Specialist / Technical Business Analyst Central London x 1 per week (Wednesday) 6 - 8 week contract Immediate start preferred We are seeking a CRM Specialist / Technical Business Analyst to lead a short-term discovery project for a government-funded, independent body providing legal advice to leaseholders. The role: This role involves leading a technical review of the organisation’s current CRM system to determine whether it should be optimised or replaced. The assessment will be vendor-agnostic and evidence-based, with no pre-selected platforms or suppliers. It requires someone comfortable working in a lean environment, able to operate autonomously, adapt quickly, and bring hands-on experience from similar small business or non-profit settings. Responsibilities: Conduct a technical review of the current CRM and contact platform Document system architecture, data flows, and integrations Identify limitations, risks, and opportunities for improvement Evaluate CRM options and provide a clear, evidence-based recommendation Produce high-quality technical documentation and a final report for leadership Who we are looking for: Proven experience with CRM systems Strong technical business analysis skills Confident in system architecture, data mapping, and documentation Vendor-agnostic mindset, recommendations must be evidence-led Able to hit the ground running and work independently within a small, agile team We are looking for someone who can step in quickly and make an immediate impact, ideally available to start right away or within a week.
