Main duties: To be a pivotal part of implementing plans and strategies for the successful delivery of events, including pre-event, onsite, and post-event activities.
The role:
* Manage events, including creating exhibitor manuals.
* Collaborate with the team to develop and implement plans supporting sales.
* Work closely with exhibitors and speakers to gather participation information.
* Confirm event details, coordinate with all parties, address challenges, conduct risk assessments, ensure health & safety, finalize capacities and menus, and agree on floor plans.
* Develop and execute marketing strategies using physical tickets, social media, websites, and digital communication.
* Maintain communication with stakeholders and act as the primary contact for visitors and potential attendees.
* Participate in international events when necessary.
The candidate:
* Fluent in Italian (spoken and written).
* Desire to succeed in a dynamic events environment.
* Adaptable to fast-paced change and evolving situations.
* Capable of handling pressure and meeting targets and deadlines.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
