ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
* Ensuring excellent customer service
* Following management instructions
* Maintaining food safety controls and checklists
* Preparing smoothies, juices, coffee, and food
* Providing a positive, customer-oriented attitude
* Working efficiently in various roles
* Assisting management and team members to work collaboratively
* Maintaining high personal hygiene standards
* Practising "Clean as You Go" and maintaining hygiene standards
* Assisting in training new recruits according to brand standards
* Staying informed about promotions, product standards, and specifications
EXPERIENCE
* Six months to one year of related experience and/or training
* Kitchen experience and knowledge is preferred
