Senior .NET Developer
Location: Central London, hybrid working, 1 day a week onsite.
Day rates: £550-£650 (Outside IR35)
Duration: 6 months initially with likely extensions
Our client are on an exciting greenfield journey to build a brand-new, cloud-native platform.
You will work closely with product owners, analysts, and other engineers to shape and build a cutting-edge lending solution from the ground up. You’ll contribute to the full software lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and operation in production.
They're building this platform in modern .NET and Azure PaaS.
Must-haves:
Senior-level experience developing in C#, .NET Core
Strong understanding of APIs using ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, etc.
Experience working on Event Driven Architectures and Event Sourced Architectures
Solid understanding of distributed systems design, resilience, and cloud-native architecture patterns.
Hands-on experience with Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) cloud environments.
Proficiency in continuous delivery and infrastructure as code.
Background working in agile, autonomous development teams.
Nice-to-haves (or willing to learn):
Experience deploying to Azure PaaS, including Azure Functions.
Familiarity with Cosmos DB
Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs.
