Our client who is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer care and are currently seeking a Customer Account Manager with Team Leader/Supervisory experience for a brand-new position due to growth. You will be based in their Earls Colne warehouse, and you will go between the office and warehouse environment, working closely with the Account Managers and Fulfilment Manager daily.

Responsibilities:
1. Act as the main point of contact for all client communications and deliver exceptional levels of customer care.
2. Taking responsibility for complex queries and escalating issues to relevant managers'.
3. Answer and direct telephone calls and emails promptly and professionally
4. Meet and greet site visitors, providing a warm and friendly welcome.
5. Assist with the onboarding process of new clients, collaborating closely with the management team.
