Opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor (Associate) to join a leading International Law Firm, working in their Legal 500 Tier 1 Private Client department.

The role
Our client is looking to welcome a 1 - 4 PQE Private Client Solicitor (Associate) to their London office.
The successful individual will join a market-leading team, handling a varied caseload of UK and international private client matters, with a bias towards domestic work.
* UK personal tax and estate planning for international and UK-based clients
* Advising on wills, trusts, partnerships, companies and family structures
* Providing structuring advice to settlors, trustees, and beneficiaries
* Supporting high-value cross-border matters and trust reorganisations
* Contributing to ongoing business development with both domestic and international clients
Required
* Private Client Solicitor with 1 - 4 years’ PQE (England & Wales qualified)
* Experience advising HNW/UHNW individuals on tax and wealth planning
* Solid technical understanding of UK tax law and offshore trust structures
* Strong academics and excellent drafting skills
* A collaborative, proactive approach and commercial mindset
