Where will you be working?
At M Group Energy, we're enabling the energy essential to support our lives. We provide end-to-end solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering, and home decarbonisation.
This role will be within our Electricity Transmission division. We design, build, and commission substations at voltages up to and including 400kV. Our teams construct and maintain transmission lines and substations, ensuring the efficient and reliable delivery of electricity.
What will you be doing?
* Assessing project requirements proactively prior to construction, including plant, materials, consumables, site establishment (mob / de-mob), vehicles, and PPE.
* Communicating effectively with all stakeholders to achieve timely delivery, receipt, and control of project and site requirements.
* Administering project procurement via the company electronic system for equipment, materials, and supplies, from requisition to delivery, goods receipt, and purchase order closeout.
* Building and maintaining project filing, stock, and database registers to support project and site management.
* Controlling stores management and inventory, including on-site issue, monitoring, reviewing, and reporting levels by physical count, recordkeeping, or visual inspection.
* Inspecting and verifying deliveries, validating, and reconciling invoices against purchase orders.
* Managing plant and equipment on/off hire, damage/loss/theft, over/shortage reporting, non-conformance, asset register, and waste management, with associated reporting.
