What You'll Be Doing * Sparking new ideas and driving innovation projects from spark… to strategy… to solution * Initiating and managing programmes that transform the way our Water Recycling systems operate * Collaborating with operational teams to uncover opportunities and tackle challenges head‑on * Staying plugged into the latest technologies across (and far beyond) the water industry * Making sure innovation aligns with our long‑term goals and delivers real value * Elevating business case development and championing best practice across the team * Building connections, inspiring curiosity, and leading by example What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who brings both expertise and imaginative thinking. You'll ideally have: * A strong record of initiating solutions to overcome complex technical problems * Experience in systems‑based thinking, ideally within the water industry * Lead, support and develop your team, ensuring they are empowered, motivated and equipped to deliver high‑quality innovation outcomes * A proven ability to build productive, credible relationships with a vast array of stakeholders * Solid understanding of Water Recycling assets and processes * Relevant hands‑on experience within Water Recycling * Someone curious, motivated, and excited by the future of water * A communicator who can bring ideas to life and inspire others to get involved * A confident user of IT systems and applications - with outstanding IT capability * Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and deliver at pace * A logical thinker who knows when to analyse and when to act * Full UK Driving Licence Why Join Us?
