What You Will Do
Assess and support individuals using clinical reasoning and reablement skills.
Develop personalised reablement programmes to promote independence and positive outcomes.
Independently manage a full-time caseload while contributing to the wider team.
Demonstrate experience in social care reablement or intermediate care services.
Comply with all HCPC requirements as a qualified Occupational Therapist.
Travel locally by car to provide high-quality care in clients’ homes and communities.
