Role Highlights:

* Provide support for students with various special educational needs, both in the classroom and through one-to-one or small group interventions

* Foster a positive and inclusive environment, encouraging students to engage, participate, and achieve their potential
* Support students with social, emotional, and behavioural challenges, promoting confidence and self-esteem
* Collaborate with SENCO, teachers, and other professionals to ensure that students receive the best possible support
Experience & Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar SEN support role is desirable
* A genuine passion for working with students with special educational needs
* Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
* Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual needs
* A proactive and positive approach to supporting students’ learning and well-being
* Enhanced DBS check required
