Mller UK & Ireland includes:

* Mller Milk & Ingredients: Aims to be Britain's private label dairy leader, producing branded and private label fresh milk, cream, butter, and ingredients, with a network of dairies and depots servicing customers nationwide.
* Mller Yogurt & Desserts: The UK's leading yogurt manufacturer, responsible for brands like Mller Corner, Mllerlight, Mller Bliss, Mller Rice, FRijj, and Mller Kefir Smoothie. It produces chilled desserts under license from Mondelez International and supplies the UK private label yogurt market from a dedicated, state-of-the-art facility.

Customer Category Manager

Full-time (12-month fixed-term contract)

Market Drayton - Hybrid

We are seeking a strategic and driven Customer Category Manager to join our team on a 12-month basis. This role involves developing and implementing sustainable category growth plans, building strong customer partnerships to drive category and Mller performance.

Main Responsibilities

* Develop and deliver customer category growth plans to build trust-based partnerships.
* Lead the Range Review process to achieve category growth and sales ambitions.
* Implement the Category and Point of Purchase Vision, considering all store formats and online channels.
* Maintain Mller as the first point of contact for the customer base with a clear external contact strategy.
* Facilitate cross-functional communication on category performance, NPD listing status, and insights.
* Contribute to key business processes such as SBRs, account planning, and JBP with strategic thinking.
* Represent customer and category leadership as a Brand Champion, shaping brand development.
* Support a coaching culture to enhance team relationships and skills.

Key Requirements

* Experience with the Traditional Top 4 Retailers.
* Proficiency in Market and retailer data systems.
* Analytical mindset to identify trends and insights.
* Expertise in Category Development and Insights.
* Creativity in data analysis and storytelling to unlock growth opportunities.
* Positive attitude with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
* Confident and articulate communication style adaptable to different audiences.
* Attention to detail and accuracy, with a strategic overview.
* Strong brand advocacy and engaging communication style.
* Self-motivated with a desire for personal and team growth.
