ABOUT THE ROLE
In the Hastings Service Centre Manager position, you'll play an integral part in creating the new possible. As a pivotal player in our Onshore Supply Chain team, you will have overall accountability for leading both the strategic and operational development of the Hastings Site, with an emphasis on improving productivity, customer service, cost control, inventory management, health, safety and environmental performance, as well general site / plant maintenance.
In this role you will:
10. Develop and implement Hub site strategy
11. Take accountability for the operation of the site
12. Project manage key site-specific infrastructure developments
13. Create a culture of customer service excellence
14. Demonstrably lead a proactive safety culture for site
15. Support regional freight logistics
16. Set and manage budgets
17. Lead and develop highly engaged team members
18. Get your boots dirty and have significant opportunities for personal development
ABOUT YOU
Your strengths will lie in your strategy development and project management skills, with particular focus on planning, organising and executing. You will take ownership of your role and be driven to deliver.
To be considered for this role, you will have and be able to demonstrate the following:

20. You will be adaptive and responsive to change and your ability to build strong relationships will be second to none.
21. Experience gained managing in a transport, warehousing, distribution or agricultural environment is preferred.
