Responsibilities & Key Deliverables '(1)Overall Knowledge on Tractor & Tractor systems including tractor testing with standard codes. Knowledge on Standard / Test codes e.g. IS, AIS, CMV-Rule, ISO, OECD, ASABE, EU Norms and regulations for tractors & Components Preparation of test specification / application & technical documentation Planning and Execution of Homologation testing as CMVR, BIS [ICT /BATCH] and Country Specific requirement. Component Certification viz. ROPS, Mechnical Coupling, Cabin etc as IS, ISO, OECD, EU etc. PLanning & Excuation of export homologation testing viz. OECD, EU type approval & ASABE Cert. Coordination / tech discussion with Test Authority viz. CFMTTI Budni, ARAI - Pune, ICAT, VCA etc. Management of Test fee, Travel budget, Homologation budget & dept. PR/PO process etc. Preparation of test sample for Certification testing as per IS:12207, CMVR, EU & ASABE requi. COP/Batch tractor Monitoring, readiness & submission on time to CFMTTI Budni Study of Draft test report & offer M&M comments to the Certification agencies. Technical discussion within Design team / COE's / Project CDT for documentation Identify the root cause, analysis and resolved the issue reported during test. Maintaining Master record [Tech Docs, Test Data, Certificates & Test Reports etc. ] Interaction & Communication Skill, Multi task/ Project management skills, Interpretation skill on standard codes Experience 4-5 years Qualifications Industry Preferred Diploma / Graduate / Master’s Degree in Mechanical / Automobile or Agricultural Engineering General Requirements Liaison with Testing Agencies Officers like, CFMTTI Budni, ARAI Punr, TUV Nord, VCA-UK Experience in Tractor testing with standard codes - PTO, Drawbar, Hydraulic Good knowledge of Interpreting standard codes Knowledge of IS, AIS, ISO, OECD & EEC/ECE directives CMVR Rules, Vahan SEWA Regulations, Notifications and their amendments, TMA Documentation & regulatory requirement of tractor Guidance to Product Develop groups for upcoming Statutory requirement for Tractor Knowledge of agricultural operations & implements, RWUP Have fluency in writing technical contents, articles etc. Good communication skills Self driven and result oriented & Quick learner Analytical & Problem solving skill Team Leading skill Decision Making Knowledge in MS-Office utilities like: Word, Power point, Excel
