Want to be the right-hand-person to the new Head of Change at an Investment Management firm, who are just entering a huge growth phase.?
You’ll be leading Front Office focused projects, in a recently formed function, to embed change discipline and execute on a number of key initiatives.
You’re going to need to love People, Process, and Technology Data change.
You’ll also need strong experience in the Investment and Wealth Management industry.
If successful, there is a deliberate pathway into Programme Management or Senior Change Management positions, as the business grows off the back of your contributions.
Starting salary will be up to £110,000 + a discretionary bonus. Benefits include competitive pension, various health benefits, and generous PTO.
