Document Controller - Rotational shifts Location: Paisley Shift Pattern: Rotational - 1 week day shift (6am-2pm), 1 week back shift (2pm-10pm), 1 week night shift (10pm-6am). Shifts rotate weekly, starting Sunday night. You'll be at the heart of the operation, making sure documentation is properly managed, distributed, and compliant with internal and regulatory standards - helping to keep everything running smoothly across departments. What You'll Be Doing Managing and issuing controlled documents to the relevant departments Checking and releasing production batches with accurate paperwork Completing and verifying batch records and material allocations Running regular reports to ensure stock data and records are correct Maintaining high standards of document control and compliance What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills Confident using Excel, Word, and ideally Power BI Comfortable working with large volumes of paperwork Good communicator who enjoys working in a team Previous experience in document control...
