Airmec Essential Services is one of the UK's longest established specialist air hygiene and water treatment solution providers. Operating on a national basis, we work with a range of clients within High Security establishments, Healthcare, Local Government, Education and much more.
Our head office is in Bradley Stoke, Bristol where the Operations and Business Support teams are based.
Administration Assistant
Due to increased business levels, we are looking for extra admin support.
The role will be key in providing admin support to the Operations, HSEQ Team and other areas of the business as required.
This is a varied role and provides a great opportunity for learning all aspects of Airmec and what we do.
Core Tasks & Responsibilities include:
* Provide Admin support across the business with a focus on the Operations and Health and Safety Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) Functions
* Raising purchase orders for all operational requirements Inc Tools, materials, PPE Etc
* Supporting operations admin to include processing all job information.
* Organising and booking travel arrangements
* Support all training requirements and updating training records
* Record management of subcontractors (insurances / training certs. Etc.)
* Creating and updating tool and equipment lists for site staff
* Management of all Ops equipment and materials including stock control and calibration
* Management of all HSEQ records and Information.
* Other duties as required to suit the needs of the business.
Skills & Experience
· A minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
· Enhanced DBS check is essential for this role
· Ability to pick up different tasks
· Open to new challenges
· Excellent IT skills, MS Office including Excel
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks
* Ability to multi-task and handle frequent changes in direction
* Team player, able to work with colleagues at various levels across the business
* Problem-solver able to think on their feet and deliver effective solutions
* Strong written and verbal skills to ensure clear and professional communication
* Self-starter able to show initiative and manage time efficiently
* Positive mindset and a can-do attitude
Office hours are Monday - Thursday 08:15-16:45 and 08:15 - 16:30 on Fridays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
