This is an exciting opportunity for a Midwife to work within the South Pembrokeshire Community Team that would include Pembroke Dock, Milford Haven, Johnston, and Neyland, providing all aspects of Midwifery care for women and their families in the community setting.

Main duties of the job
You will be key in providing and increasing Midwifery Led Care and promoting home births and supporting the Midwifery Led Care Unit at Withybush General hospital, Haverfordwest.
You will also be the co-ordinator of care for high risk pregnancies working closely with the multi-disciplinary teams to ensure a high quality seamless service.
This is a part-time post
