to join our team in the heart of Bath.
Customer Care Representative
Bath, BA2 – Hybrid working
Full time, permanent (40 hours per week)
£25,000 - £28,000 per annum + Commission

The Role
We're looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our dedicated team in Bath. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and a drive to go the extra mile. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring each interaction is a positive one.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries across email, live chat, social media, and telephony channels
Take ownership of enquiries, from product information to complaints, ensuring first-time resolution wherever possible
Improve customer satisfaction by following queries through to resolution
Call customers to book installations, explain processes, and answer questions
Support process improvements across the customer care team and wider business
Share knowledge with colleagues and maintain up-to-date information in our systems

The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a motivated individual with a positive attitude and a strong background in customer service. You'll need to be an excellent communicator, problem solver, and someone who can remain calm and empathetic in every situation. About you:
Previous B2C customer service experience (call centre, retail, or customer support)
Experience resolving complaints professionally and efficiently
Confident with Microsoft Office and general IT systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to simplify complex topics for customers
Great listening skills and an empathetic approach
A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
