This is an exciting opportunity for an established Deputy Manager or an experienced Senior looking to step up, to join a supportive leadership team within a growing organisation. You will play a key role in shaping a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for children and young people with complex needs. About the Role As Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance are consistently met. You will lead by example, supporting and developing staff while ensuring children and young people receive consistent, high-quality, and therapeutic care. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will also step up to manage the home in the absence of the Registered Manager. Why Join Our Client?
