Provide technical design services and project management to the residential sector
Carry out site visits and ensure compliance is achieved
Produce building regulations and planning applications
Liaise with clients, consultants, and other authoritiesSkills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technician include:
Relevant degree within Architecture
Significant post qualification experience within a relevant role within a UK practice
Proficient with AutoCAD
Background in working on bespoke residential projects
Working knowledge of UK building regulations
Strong technical and drawing skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
