We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Operations Training Coordinator to become a vital part of our Health & Safety Team at our Produce facility in Inchture. If you are passionate about Health & Safety and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you!
Position Details:
* Schedule: Monday - Wednesday, 7:30pm - 4:00pm
* Location: IPL Inchture - Site Based Role
* Contract Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure training is delivered across the site to full compliance with internal and externally recognised standards.
* Oversee the administration and delivery of the company induction programme for all new starters on site.
* Periodically review training to incorporate new requirements into the training matrix.
* Work closely with the Senior Operations Team to ensure SOPs and SSOWs are trained to the correct standard.
* Audit training records and maintain the training matrix to ensure up-to-date visuals of training competencies.
* Deliver training in accordance with role profiles and IPL policies and procedures.
* Ensure statutory training requirements are met across all departments.
* Optimize resource use and comply with company policies and procedures.
* Deliver training sessions flexibly across shifts to reach all colleagues.
* Coordinate training courses with local trainers, self, and external providers.
* Develop new processes to improve training efficiency.
* Demonstrate company values and behaviours consistently.
* Provide effective training administration services, following processes and meeting deadlines.
* Serve as a central contact for training requirements.
* Review and improve training processes, ensuring availability of current course materials.
What are we looking for?
* Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs.
* Experience in operations/factory/production site as a Training Coordinator or similar role.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Innovative mindset to improve training effectiveness.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise workload.
* Qualification in Train the Trainer or equivalent.
