What You’ll Do:
* Assist the Property Manager with all daily operations
* Engage with prospective and current residents to resolve issues and enhance satisfaction
* Oversee leasing efforts, conduct property tours, and ensure accurate documentation
* Process applications, renewals, recertifications, and compliance paperwork
* Manage collections, post rent, handle move-ins/move-outs, and follow up on delinquencies
* Coordinate community events to foster resident engagement and retention
* Help achieve occupancy, compliance, and revenue goals

✅ You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
* At least 1 year of experience in on-site property management
* Hands-on experience with LIHTC / Tax Credit programs – REQUIRED
* Familiarity with Yardi or other industry software
* Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
* Experience in conflict resolution and tenant communication
* Dependable transportation and a professional work ethic
* A detail-oriented mindset with a willingness to step in where needed
* A positive, team-first attitude and a passion for helping others
