We’re looking for a Call Centre Executive / Customer Contact Advisor to join our on‑site team in Aylesbury. This role is ideal for someone who’s used to working in heavily phone‑based environments, enjoys speaking to people all day, and is confident managing a high call volume.
What You’ll Be Doing
Making and handling a high volume of outbound and inbound calls daily
Speaking with candidates to gather information, book appointments, and update records
Accurately logging call outcomes and notes on internal systems and CRM
Following clear processes while working towards daily and weekly call targets
Supporting the wider recruitment team with consistent, high‑quality candidate engagement
What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year’s experience in a high‑volume, phone‑based role (call centre, customer service, outbound calling, telesales, contact centre, etc.)
Confident, professional telephone manner and strong communication skills
Comfortable working to targets in a fast‑paced environment
Organised, reliable, and able to manage a busy workload
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Right to work in the UK
