Program Delivery Lead Hertford Permanent, Full-Time (Core hours: 08:0017:00) £42,000 per annum Were seeking a proactive and people-focused Program Delivery Lead to join our Electrical Maintenance clients. The role is based near Hertford and comes with a salary of £42,000. Responsibilities for Program Delivery Lead Leading the Administration team to ensure the successful delivery ofreactivemaintenance and PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) programs Attend weekly client meetings alongside the Maintenance Manager Serve as the primary contact for client queries and internal communications Manage and develop the Administration team, fostering a high-performance culture Coordinate internal responses to client issues, ensuring resolution Lead the complaints process from start to finish Monitor adherence to policies around resident access and appointment booking Contribute insights to monthly board reports Maintain accurate compliance data and Power BI dashboards Follow company policies and complete relevant training Participate in investigations and disciplinary processes as needed Requirements for Program Delivery Lead Strong client relationship and customer service skills Passion for leadership and team development Comfortable with digital tools and platforms Skilled in data analysis and reporting (Excel, Power BI, etc.) Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Organised, detail-oriented, and methodical Collaborative and solution-focused mindset If you are interested in this role, wish to apply, would like more information or have any questions then please send us a copy of your CV.
