Our client, an independent surfacing contractor, is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join their growing team. The business delivers high-quality projects nationwide, working with clients across a wide range of sectors throughout the UK.
Role Description:
* Drive organic business growth and strengthen relationships with existing key clients in the asphalt surfacing sector.
* Identify new clients and opportunities to grow market share.
* Identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through strategic planning and exceptional service delivery.
* Building those long-term and meaningful partnerships with contractors, developers, and other stakeholders to drive revenue and expand market presence.
* Prepare and submit all required documentation for tenders and bids, including quality submissions, certifications, and insurance details, while maintaining records of shared materials for future reference.
* Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge and position the company effectively.
* Attend client meetings when needed, actively participating in discussions and fostering strong partnerships
Key Skills Needed:
