Overview
Stephenson Memorial Primary School is part of SMART Multi Academy Trust, and you will be employed by the Board of Trustees. Start date: 1st December 2025. The Smart Multi Academy Trust is a group of eleven primary schools with academy status. We are seeking to recruit an experienced cleaner to join our dedicated Estates Department as part of the premises staff team. The remit will involve the day-to-day provision of a clean and well-presented site providing an attractive and purposeful learning environment for both our staff and pupils. The Estates Department is in a period of growth and it is an exciting time to join us on our journey. The employer will be the Smart MAT and the post will work to the local Site Manager.
Responsibilities
* Maintain a clean and well-presented site to support a positive learning environment.
* Contribute to the future development and improvement of the site with a proactive approach.
* Work as part of the Estates Team under the direction of the local Site Manager.
Qualifications
* Candidates should be able to demonstrate a record of cleaning and hygiene skills.
* Enthusiastic, hardworking and committed to maintaining standards.
* Experience is not necessary and full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
