The Role You will teach Geography across KS3 and KS4, delivering a curriculum that balances physical and human geography with strong skills development. The department uses clear, knowledge-rich schemes of work and places real value on retrieval practice, modelling and structured explanations. Fieldwork is embedded at KS3 and GCSE, with local case studies used to bring the subject to life. As an ECT, you’ll be supported to develop confidence in delivering fieldwork safely and effectively.
