Key Responsibilities Practice Leadership & Operations Oversee the daily running of the practice, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional service standards. Lead, support, and motivate the front of house and clinical teams to deliver a seamless patient experience. Manage rotas, scheduling, and diary optimisation to maximise productivity and patient satisfaction. Monitor and report on KPIs, patient conversions, and practice performance. Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement. Patient Engagement & Treatment Coordination Act as a key point of contact for new and existing patients, ensuring every interaction reflects Zental’s high standards of care. Confidently present treatment options, procedures, and finance plans, ensuring patients feel fully informed and supported. Coordinate treatment plans, specialist appointments, and multidisciplinary care efficiently. Maintain communication with patients throughout their journey, including after-care follow-up and feedback. Support clinicians in delivering treatment plans within 24 hours of consultation. Administration & Reporting Manage financial and administrative processes, including finance applications and CRM updates. Prepare and analyse practice data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Maintain accurate patient and operational records in line with CQC and GDPR requirements.
