Position Overview
Well known software company with an inspiring team and environment are looking to strengthen their sales team with the addition of an experienced sales professional. Working out of an office in Reading (Wed & Fri WFH).
Responsibilities
 * Sell SaaS CRM solutions to IT and related industry clients.
 * Close deals ranging from 30K to 500K.
 * Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
 * Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings.
Qualifications
 * Track record of success in IT sales.
 * Experience closing medium to high‑value deals.
 * Strong communication and negotiation skills.
 * Self‑motivated and results‑driven mindset.
Benefits & Compensation
 * Base salary: 60K basic.
 * On‑target earnings: 120K OTE.
 * 25 days holiday.
